Democrats are having a tough time this election finding something, anything to run on. And just when they think they have, they go and botch the presentation.
You’d think that a veteran U.S. Senator who’s been in office for a gazillion years like Russ Feingold would know you just can’t violate copyright laws by using an NFL video clip in an ad without NFL permission. The footage was that of Randy Moss, then-Minnesota Viking pretending to pull down his pants and rub his posterior on a goalpost at Lambeau Field.
"We did not license the footage and have contacted the senator's campaign about removing it," NFL spokesman Greg Aiello told The Associated Press in an e-mail.

Yeh, sure, Russ. One of the best. Right up there in the top five. Forget all those NFL titles and Vince Lombardi and Hall of Fame players and incredible games. Randy Moss dissing Packer fans. Now that’s significant history!
And then there’s that rally Democrats held in D.C. last weekend, the one the mainstream media sanitized by neglecting to show all the signs promoting Socialism and Communism. Seems the Democrats doctored up their own rally photos.
