Kevin Fischer is a veteran broadcaster, the recipient of over 150 major journalism awards from the Milwaukee Press Club, the Wisconsin Associated Press, the Northwest Broadcast News Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and others. He has been seen and heard on Milwaukee TV and radio stations for over three decades. A longtime aide to state Senate Republicans in the Wisconsin Legislature, Kevin can be seen offering his views on the news on the public affairs program, "InterCHANGE," on Milwaukee Public Television Channel 10, and heard filling in on Newstalk 1130 WISN. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their lovely baby daughter, Kyla Audrey, in Franklin.

Today was Spirit Day, at least according to the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. The group asked people across
Forgive me. I am a political animal. Mention purple and I think of a state that in a particular election could go Democrat or Republican.
I didn’t wear a stitch of purple today. That must make me a horrible human being. Seriously.
I didn’t wear purple. And I don’t support gay marriage. That means that I am partially to blame for gay teen suicides if you ask certain fringe groups. Those kids killed themselves? Of course it's sad and tragic. But yep. It’s my fault and the millions of others like me who believe that marriage is a sacred institution preserved for a bond between a man and a woman.

Forced sex, childhood sexual abuse, dating violence, early unwed pregnancy, substance abuse -- could these be a more important factor in the increased suicide risk of LGBT high schoolers than anything people like me ever said?"
Great question.

Typical. Liberals look to put the blame everywhere else except where it should it be placed.
