Kevin Fischer is a veteran broadcaster, the recipient of over 150 major journalism awards from the Milwaukee Press Club, the Wisconsin Associated Press, the Northwest Broadcast News Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and others. He has been seen and heard on Milwaukee TV and radio stations for over three decades. A source within the Milwaukee Police Department tells me that’s the cost to the department of implementing software to comply with the new state law that took effect January 1 requiring officers to note the race of individuals pulled over for traffic stops.
The law will hamper police and is only meant to vilify white law enforcement officials.
What a waste of time. This law should be repealed.
