Goodnight everyone, and have a new cool Yule weekend
“A lovely thing about Christmas is that it's compulsory, like a thunderstorm, and we all go through it together.’
Garrison Keillor
It's Friday night. Time to unwind with our regular Friday night feature on This Just In.
The weekend has finally arrived.
The sun has set.
The evening sky has erupted.
Let's put controversy and provocative blogs aside for the rest of this work week and smooth our way into Saturday and Sunday.
Tonight, we begin weekly Christmas music right up to the big holiday and we start with new Christmas offerings this season. Michael Buble and the Puppini Sisters do their take on the classic Bing Crosby-Andrews Sisters arrangement.
Here's the 1st track of this new album.
Next up, Carole King, who, after being urged for several years by friends including James Taylor, finally decided to release a Christmas album.
This next project was bound to happen.

That's it for this segment.
Goodnight.
Sleep well.
Have a great weekend.
We close with Amy Grant. This song is featured on a new Christmas compilation and it captures some of the holiday season sentiments.
Enjoy.
