Kevin Fischer is a veteran broadcaster, the recipient of over 150 major journalism awards from the Milwaukee Press Club, the Wisconsin Associated Press, the Northwest Broadcast News Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and others. He has been seen and heard on Milwaukee TV and radio stations for over three decades. A longtime aide to state Senate Republicans in the Wisconsin Legislature, Kevin can be seen offering his views on the news on the public affairs program, "InterCHANGE," on Milwaukee Public Television Channel 10, and heard filling in on Newstalk 1130 WISN. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their lovely baby daughter, Kyla Audrey, in Franklin.

Dear Friends, The so-called experts say that going public with your New Year's Resolutions is a sure way to make them stick. So, this year I’m going public with mine:
Together we created hundreds of thousands of new, good-paying jobs. We fought and won the tough battles to reform our schools and failing welfare system. Together we reformed our tax code by eliminating the inheritance and gift taxes, cutting capital gains taxes, cutting the income tax rate three times…and saving the taxpayers $16 billion in the process. Together we cut regulations that stifled job growth and we cut state spending by $287 million through the use of my veto pen. And together we ushered in an era of prosperity for the people of Wisconsin that was unparalleled. But in a matter of a few years, President Obama, Harry Reid, and Tammy Baldwin have managed to push America to the brink…record debt, high unemployment and an erosion of our liberties. Enough is enough. It’s time to take our fight for fiscal responsibility and smaller government to Washington so we can demonstrate the power of Wisconsin ideals and conservatism. Together, we can once again reform government so it works for the people – not the other way around. But I need you to contribute $5,$25,$50, or more now. Today is a critical deadline – we have just 24 hours left. Please donate before midnight tonight. Our strong showing will demonstrate that our message of cutting taxes, stopping reckless spending and repealing Obamacare is resonating with the people of Wisconsin.
