This Just In ...
Kevin Fischer is a veteran broadcaster, the recipient of over 150 major journalism awards from the Milwaukee Press Club, the Wisconsin Associated Press, the Northwest Broadcast News Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and others. He has been seen and heard on Milwaukee TV and radio stations for over three decades. A longtime aide to state Senate Republicans in the Wisconsin Legislature, Kevin can be seen offering his views on the news on the public affairs program, "InterCHANGE," on Milwaukee Public Television Channel 10, and heard filling in on Newstalk 1130 WISN. America's most liberal journalist
Unless you are a flaming on the moon rootin’ tootin left wing moonbat, you understand that the news media is overwhelmingly liberal. Surveys done of newsroom personnel in the 90’s showed a dramatic 85-90% of reporters voted for Democrats.
Liberal members of the mainstream media get all bent out of shape and defensive when the subject comes up, only adding more ammunition to the likes of me who have worked in newsrooms with tons of reporters and let me tell you…….most are freakin’ libs!
It’s a carryover from Woodward and Bernstein and Watergate. These do-gooders went into journalism to save the world. Cut the increase in K-12 education from nine to seven percent…….the words ‘draconian,” “harsh,” and “”severe” will assuredly appear in a series of stories.
I was impressed to see blogger Warner Todd Huston at BigJournalism.com over the past 10 days write about the Top Ten Most Left-Biased American Journalists.
An enterprising exercise, no doubt. But you think that’s easy? When you have literally thousands and thousands of bleeding heart, hand wringing journalists to choose from?
I followed along, and actually had my pick to see if and where it would land on Huston’s list:

Rick “Pinko Commie” Sanchez of CNN. He actually calls himself a “National Socialist.”
From Newsbusters.com:
"’That weekend tragedy involves a man who allegedly shot and killed three police officers in cold blood. Why? Because he was convinced, after no doubt watching Fox News and listening to right-wing radio, that quote, 'Our rights were being infringed upon.'"
-From CNN Newsroom, April 8, 2009. Sanchez blamed conservative news outlets for the murder of three police officers in
Sanchez also isn’t very bright. From JammieWearing Fool:
“When the teleprompter told Sanchez earlier this week to ad lib a tease for the next segment, Sanchez said on air: ‘Up next: Ad lib. A tease. That's what it says right here. I’m supposed to ad lib about something that is…that I should know about, right?’”
Sanchez made Huston’s list, but he wasn’t #1.
That spot was reserved for....
Brace yourselves.
Hold on tight.
This isn't going to be pretty.

Hard to argue with that selection.
Huston makes his case, and you can see the entire Top Ten here.
