Abby Schuh and Matt Slupski are planning a May 7, 2011, wedding in Freedom, Wis.
Parents of the couple are Rick and Carolyn Schuh of Freedom and George and Jan Slupski of Greendale.
The bride-to-be graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in biology and from the UW School of Medicine and Public Health in 2009 with a medical doctorate. She is a pediatric resident with the Medical University of South Caroline in Charleston.
The future groom graduated from UW-Madison in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He is a C-17 pilot for the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Charleston Air Force Base.
