Craft fair features more than 75 vendors
Franklin - The annual Cinnamon and Cider Craft Fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 10 at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St.
The fair will feature more than 75 vendors, live music, raffle, bake sale and concessions

Library to honor veterans in November
Franklin - The Franklin Public Library, 9151 W. Loomis Road, will host the Honor Flight Art Show through Nov. 11.
The exhibit features more than 120 photos of World War II veterans as they travel to Washington, D.C., to see the World War II Memorial.
Also on display are photos of Franklin residents and Franklin High School graduates serving in the U.S. Armed Forces along with a veterans honor roll in appreciation of Franklin residents who have previously served.
A Veterans Day program will take place at 11 a.m. Nov. 11 at the Veterans Memorial adjacent to the library. In the event of inclement weather, the program will be held inside the library with refreshments to follow. During the program, Quilts of Valor will be presented to combat veterans.
From Veterans Day through the end of November, residents are invited to write notes of appreciation to military members. These messages will be included in care packages being sent overseas. Cash donations will be collected.
