Greendale planners OK senior housing near Southridge
Greendale - A proposal to add 90 units of housing for senior citizens near Southridge Mall was approved Wednesday by the city Plan Commission.(4)

Mayfair and Southridge Mall, two of the biggest shopping centers in the area, would fall under common ownership if a hostile takeover bid made public Tuesday succeeds.
Plan would develop parking lot near Southridge Mall
A proposal to develop a parking lot and the old blood center next to Southridge Mall would involve up to $16 million in public and private money, create as many as 75 jobs and add up to 100 units of housing for senior citizens, according to a plan presented to the village.
Greendale eyes development of part of Southridge parking lot
Greendale — The village is in discussions with developers about developing parts of the Southridge Mall parking lot, Village Manager Todd Michaels said Tuesday.
Greendale's awards dinner held in spite of recession
The village held its 44th annual Employee/Citizen Volunteer Service Awards Dinner on Friday. Employees, volunteers who serve on village committees and their guests got dinner and a free drink. And some of them received gifts honoring their years of service.
