BURGLARY

A computer and a woman's wallet were taken from a residence in the 7700 block of Parkview Boulevard between 10:15 am. and 11:15 a.m. Nov. 7. Entry was gained through an unlocked door.

THEFT

A 22-year-old female employee was arrested for stealing $560 from JC Penney, 5300 S. 76th St., at 6:10 p.m. Nov. 8.

Abot $3,400 worth of jewelry was taken from a home in the 5900 block of Dale Lane sometime prior to Nov. 12. Police are investigating.

Eight adults and six juveniles were arrested for shoplifting at Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 76th St., between Nov. 7 and Nov. 13.

DRUG POSSESSION

An 18-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop on West Grange Avenue and West Northway at 5:45 p.m. Nov. 11. He was also cited for operating after suspension and no liability insurance.

An 18-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer on West Grange Avenue and South 84th Street at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 11.

VANDALISM

A 28-year-old man was arrested for vandalism after he smashed out the windows of a car parked in the 6800 block of West Magnolia Court between 11 p.m. Nov. 11 and 4 a.m. Nov. 12. A damage estimate was unavailable.

OTHER

A resident called police to report a man wearing camouflage clothing and possibly carrying a rifle entered the woods in Root River Parkway, just west of 76th Street, at 12:45 p.m. Nov. 11. When officers arrived they located a deer with a gunshot wound and notified the DNR. They were unable to locate the suspect.

A 20-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and underage drinking after he caused a disturbance at the southeast entrance of Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 76th St., at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 12.

Four people - two 34-year-old men, a 36-year-old woman and a 48-year-old woman - were arrested for disorderly conduct after they were involved in a bar fight at Ray & Dots, 6351 W. Grange Ave., at 11 p.m. Nov. 12. One of the men was also cited for interfering with an officer during the arrest.

Greendale police responded to one domestic violence call and assisted with one rescue call between Nov. 7 and Nov. 13.
