BURGLARY
1A 63-year-old West Allis man was arrested for prowling and attempted burglary outside a home in the 6600 block of West Edgerton Avenue at 7:17 p.m. Oct. 17. The property owner saw the man wandering in his backyard and called police.
THEFT
2A 27-year-old Greendale man was arrested for taking merchandise at Kohl's inside Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 108th St., at 4:49 p.m. Oct. 13.
3A cellphone was taken at U.S. Cellular inside Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 108th St., at 4:36 p.m. Oct. 14.
4Between 30 and 40 hats valued at $1,200 were taken at a security office inside Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 108th St., between noon and 1 p.m. Oct. 16.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
5A 22-year-old Greendale man was arrested for drunken driving near Parkridge Lane and 84th Street at 12:35 a.m. Oct. 16. A blood draw was taken to determine the man's blood alcohol content. This was his second offense.
