Oak Creek - A safe containing about $3,000 was stolen during a burglary at Mega Discount Nursery, 1901 E. Rawson Ave., the evening of Sept. 2.
According to the police report:
The thief can be seen on surveillance video entering the business and removing a safe containing between $2,500 and $3,000 from underneath a counter at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 2. He had his face covered and appeared to be aware of the camera locations.
It was unknown how the man entered the locked business, as there were no signs of forced entry. Police are investigating.
